Workshop Cancellation Policy.

By booking on our courses you agree to abide by our terms and conditions.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
4.1 Due to the small number of spaces on each workshop all bookings are considered firm and no fees are refundable if you have to cancel. It is therefore recommended that you purchase suitable holiday insurance if you are booking accommodation.
4.2. In the event of a personal circumstance preventing you attending the booked workshop you may assign your place to a friend or family member to attend in your place. In this event, 24hrs notice is required before the workshop commences. Names and contact details of anyone attending in your place will be required prior to the workshop commencement.
4.3. Should it be necessary for us to cancel a workshop we will try to give as much notice as possible. You will be entitled to request a refund or, alternatively, you may transfer to a workshop on a different date of the same value [or use your fee as payment against a workshop of greater value]. Please note - liability will be restricted to the cost of the workshop only, not for travel, accommodation or other additional costs associated with the booking.
4.4 Workshops bought as gifts [e.g. using a gift voucher] are subject to the same cancellation policy.
4.5 Any workshop purchased at a discount is subject to the same policy.
4.6 Please note that statutory rights relating to cancellation of a workshop [considered a leisure activity to be attended on a specific date] fall within the exclusion provided by Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts [Information, cancellation and Additional charges] Regulations 2013.
4.7 Failure to show up for a workshop without prior notification forfeits the right to the transfer of booking to an alternative person or date. .
4.8 Credit card payments may take up to 5-10 business days for a refund to show on your statement.

5.1 When enrolling on a workshop please be aware that the intellectual property rights to my working methods, demonstrated techniques and ideas are retained by me.
5.2 Engaging in any business activity that involves copying of my work or ideas is strictly not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, producing copies of my work for sale or conducting workshops using my ideas or artwork.
