CANCELLATION

• To cancel an order please email us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt of your goods.

• Orders for specially commissioned or customised goods cannot be cancelled.

RETURNS

• We want you to be completely happy with your purchase but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied please let us know by email at shirleyk.arts@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

• The unwanted item must be returned in its original condition, undamaged and securely wrapped in the original packaging.

• Please ensure that the package is sent signed for and insured to the full value of the artwork.

• If you wish to return an item and would like further advice, please contact us for further details.

• Please note commissioned and customised pieces are exempt from the refund policy.

• We are unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned goods.

• If the goods are not returned in good condition you will be liable to us for the cost.

• Please note that the cost of shipping is not refundable.

• In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method by which you paid within 30 days of receipt of the return.
