Private tuition offers a bespoke, flexible, and relaxed opportunity to benefit from my full attention and support. You choose what you want to learn and when. Whether you’re a complete beginner, returning to painting after a break, or looking for a new direction, these 1:1 sessions are entirely tailored to you.

You’re also welcome to share the session — and the cost — with a partner or friend.

Fees

Minimum booking time: 2 hours Discounts are available when booking multiple sessions.

  • Individual: £60 per hour

  • Couple: £85 per hour

Materials

Use of student-quality art materials is included, or you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Practical 1:1 Studio Sessions

A wide range of topics can be explored, including:

  • Colour mixing

  • Mixed media (acrylic, inks, and other materials)

  • Making and working with collage

  • Oil painting

  • Oil & cold wax

  • Sketchbook development and journaling

  • Expressive mark-making

  • Abstracting your work
