Each week we will look at a new topic or continue with a current theme, beginning the session with a demo and offering the opportunity to work independently or with individual support and guidance.
A structured but flexible approach to the classes will ensure that learning is embedded and we will be using either acrylics or water mixable oil paints [if the latter, the use of solvents will not be permitted].
Additional materials such as charcoal, soft and oil pastels, collage, cold wax etc may also be introduced to explore mixed media approaches if there is interest to do so, in which case a minimal additional charge would apply to cover the use of additional materials if needed.
Please note: Materials and paints are not included but advice can be given before purchasing to avoid overspending on unnecessary items.
