    CANCELLATION

    To cancel an order please email us within 24 hours of ordering to avoid unnecessary delivery charges being applied.

    RETURNS

    We want you to be completely happy with your purchase but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied please let us know by email at shirleyk.arts@gmail.com or via the contact form within 14 days of receiving your item.

    1. The item must be returned in its original condition, undamaged and securely wrapped in the original packaging.

    2. Please ensure that the package is sent signed for and insured to the full value of the artwork.

    3. Please note commissioned and customised pieces are exempt from the return/refund policy.

    4. We are unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned goods.

    5. If the goods are not returned in the original, undamaged condition you will be liable for the cost.

    6. Please note that the cost of shipping is not refundable.

    7. In the interests of fraud prevention, any refund will be issued by the same method by which it was paid for, within 30 days of receipt of the return.
