Giclée Fine Art Prints are shipped via Royal Mail or a signed-for courier service.
Unmounted prints are carefully wrapped between PH-neutral tissue, then rolled and packed inside a robust card postal tube. Please allow up to 10 working days.
Mounted prints [by special arrangement] are wrapped and delivered flat.

Ordering
How is my payment handled?
You can make a payment either through PayPal or Stripe in British Pounds Sterling. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase - you can use the PayPal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. Your debit/credit card details will not be stored.
Returns
What if my painting or print arrives and I don’t like it?
If a piece is not as you expect, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving it. Once a refund has been agreed and the artwork has been returned undamaged, in its original purchase condition, we will refund your payment within 14 days. The customer must cover postage costs using the same service it was sent by, and it must be insured for the full value during transportation.
What if a piece arrives damaged?
All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt and if possible take a photograph. If the damage has occurred in transit a full refund will be given.
Overseas and Commissions
Refunds and returns are not available on item[s] sent outside of the UK or commissioned pieces.
