Some feedback …..
“Shirley’s 1:1 mentoring has helped me better understand my art practice and to set clearer and realistic goals. She has not tried to impose her opinions, but rather has been a voice of support, encouragement and experience. I feel more confident when discussing my work and have more self belief after working with her . I will definitely come back to Shirley in the future if I need her guidance again! “ Rita R, Essex.
“I wasn’t sure what mentoring involved before meeting Shirley at her studio and then getting in touch online. Her input has been invaluable - I didn’t have any idea about how to start, I didn’t even have an artist statement. I have now been able to create a website and I feel more confident about putting my work out into the world. I am really grateful for her support.’” Mandy B, Surrey.
“If I had to sum up the benefits of what I have learned from Shirley it would be to say that her experience speaks volumes. She shared her knowledge so freely and understood precisely what I was struggling with.and was able to make suggestions and offer relevant guidance.” Carole H, Gloucestershire and Devon.
